Around the World Science vol 1 launched in August 2021 and contains 17 STEAM experiments. This storybook-style e-book follows the adventures of 7 students as they travel the globe and perform experiments related to the geography and culture of the locations they visit. The branches of STEAM covered include acid-base chemistry, gastronomy, botany, and microbiology. Many of the experiments build off of the learning expectations for grades 4-6 as defined by the Ontario Ministry of Education’s science curriculum. All experiments have been developed and tested by Pueblo’s Science Experts and include easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions, as well as full explanations of the concepts and phenomena covered related to each experiment.
Around the World Science vol 2 launched in December 2021 and contains 15 STEAM experiments. Using the same storybook-style format as vol 1, this e-book follows the adventures of our 7 students as they travel the globe and perform experiments related to the locations they visit. The branches of STEAM covered in vol 2 include geology, optics, forces, energy, and environmental sciences. Many of the experiments build off of the learning expectations for grades 4-6 as defined by the Ontario Ministry of Education’s science curriculum. Around the World Science Vol 2 has an overall focus on the environment and climate change. All experiments have been developed and tested by Pueblo’s Science Experts and include easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions, as well as full explanations of the concepts and phenomena covered related to each experiment.
