Join us for a morning of cooking and science learning on October 7, 11 am – 1pm EST. Channel the chef and scientist in you and create delicious Filipino foods that can be shared during your next gathering. This event aims to celebrate Filipino-American history while engaging youth in science, technology, engineering and math. Participants will receive a booklet of recipes accompanied by science explanations for the cooking techniques.
